  1.  For lesions that are clearly on one side of the vulva, a radical local excision with a complete groin node dissection on the same side is performed.
  2.     For other Stage I cancers involving the skin between the vaginal opening or the anus or clitoris, a radical vulvectomy and groin lymph node dissection on both sides is performed.

  7. ‚Ä¢ Conservative surgery. 
  8. ‚Ä¢ Treatment with radiation therapy with or without chemotherapy (5-FU + mitomycin-C + cisplatin).

  11. TNM T2, N0, M0 
  12. The tumor is confined to the vulva and/or perineum and is more than 2 cm (¬æ in.) in diameter but has not spread to lymph nodes .

  14. Standard Treatment  Radical vulvectomy with removal of the groin lymph nodes on both sides.
